For ongoing maintenance jobs, we offer a reliable and flexible service to suit your tenants’ diaries. We also offer a post-tenancy service for any little repairs and touch ups needed to make your property as good as new.
No hidden fees: Our flat rates make it easy for you to know what you’ll be charged. You’ll only ever be charged cost price for materials, and we can provide receipts.
Clear, up-front pricing: For smaller jobs (under three hours) we’ll estimate over the phone. For larger jobs, we’ll visit the property and chat face-to-face.
No nonsense rates: Minimum call out is one hour, working on half hour increments thereafter. Day rates are based on 7 working hours per day, with minimum call out of one day and half day increments thereafter. Day rate only applies if booked in advance.
